Barbara Allan, CEO at SRA Research Group, Inc., was interviewed by WGNX FM 99.7 radio personality Marsha Littlejohn about the Senior Needs Assessment currently being conducted in Indian River County for the Senior Resource Association. The interview is scheduled to air Friday, March 30, 2012.
SRA Research is partnering with Florida Atlantic University’s Aging Academy to identify the needs of people age 50 and over in Indian River County. Ms. Allan outlined the research which is currently being conducted. The research includes phone interviews among a representative sample of the Indian River County population age 50 and over, as well as focus groups among specific populations of seniors, along with social and health service providers. She indicated the project will be ongoing during the course of 2012. The results will be presented in a series of community forums during early 2013.
