SRA Speaks At FPRA Conference

Social media is all the buzz in the world of PR and measuring the effectiveness of these efforts are crucial to understanding if the time and money involved are worth the investment.  To help answer these questions, the Treasure Coast Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association asked Mark Sandler, Vice President of SRA Research Group, to address these issues.  Mr. Sandler was among the speakers featured at the 2011 Media Conference: “Your Technology Makeover.”

The presentation included a brief history of social media research, what is being done now, what can be measured, who offers social media research, the steps in social media research, and what to look out for when considering social media research.  Response to the speech was extremely positive.  In fact, several audience members contacted SRA for more information based on the presentation.
