The Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County is diligent about insuring that public tax dollars are wisely invested. We regularly seek the community’s input through market research and focus groups.
SRA Research Group has conducted focus groups on challenging issues that parents face every day. As a result, we’ve learned about the information and services parents need to make their jobs easier, and we’ve learned how best to get those resources to parents. Through market research, we’ve also discovered the kinds of activities Palm Beach County teenagers would like to be involved in.
SRA’s execution of surveys and focus groups has been extremely efficient, and their reporting well-organized and professional. The results of our research projects have helped us to plan funding, determine the focus of reports, and create parenting education campaigns.
