Attention healthcare marketers and administrators

Routine patient satisfaction surveys are a valuable tool for understanding what patients expect and how well the hospital or healthcare facility is meeting expectations. However, patient satisfaction surveys, alone, do not improve quality. Other organizational assessments are equally important. Taken together, multiple survey instruments will have a far greater impact on improving quality than the patient satisfaction survey alone.

Multiple market research initiatives work, in tandem, to boost patient satisfaction scores. Healthcare facilities adopting a total satisfaction tracking and retention program will ultimately reap rewards that far outweigh the cost.

SRA Research Group provides means for enhancing existing satisfaction programs, as well as broadening the scope of market research efforts within your organization to improve quality and the bottom line. You won't want to miss this topic presented by SRA Research Group in the June issue of Quirks Marketing Research Review magazine. ‡
