CLIENT SPOTLIGHT

SRA Research Group had already done some work for UM/Sylvester, so when it came time to hire a market research firm to conduct pre- and post-campaign community attitude research, selecting them was a natural. And I couldn't have been more pleased with the results.

Barbara Allan and Mary Reynolds worked with me to design a questionnaire that would be valid and comparable across distinct and disparate markets, and one that would give us some real insight into consumer awareness and preference.  Barbara and Mary are real pros.  They listened well to our research objectives and continued to refine the questionnaire and findings report until I was satisfied that our needs were being met.
