Home Management Services is committed to growing our estate management
company in a profitable direction. As our business matured, we reached
the crossroads in the business cycle where we needed to assess our
strengths and weaknesses in order to determine how to best grow
our bottom line. We contacted SRA for assistance.
It became clear at our very first meeting that SRA’s level
of professionalism, depth of knowledge, and experience would provide
us with the data we needed. The staff at SRA provided us with a
professional customer survey program designed to gather the information
we needed to attract and convert prospects into ‘Preferred
Customers.’ The response rate of our survey was high, thanks
to the work of SRA. SRA's design, implementation and translation
of the survey were handled with adept aplomb and efficiency.
The data gathered was put into an easy to read report and in simple
terms for us to incorporate into our business plan. We are currently
in the midst of implementing several changes to our delivery of
service to improve customer perception and retention. And, as advised
by SRA, we are capitalizing on our strengths to further build our
business within our target markets.
