A survey is only as good as its writer-and only as reliable as the sample used, the accuracy of data entry, and analysis of that data. SRA Research Group retains almost all of its services in-house, where we have the greatest oversight over quality control. On the rare occasion that we outsource our services, we maintain control over procedures every step of the way. We're serious about data and do everything possible to ensure there are no mistakes.

Sample Selection

We know that a focus group will deliver meaningful results only if the respondents are fully qualified. SRA Research Group is aware of "professional" focus-group respondents who make a living from their opinions. That's why we decided nearly a decade ago to handle all of our recruiting in-house, whether locally, nationally or internationally. When it comes to delivering objective, dependable information, we're not going to take any chances.

Discovery Session

Every project begins with a discovery session, a crucial tool in design and implementation. SRA Research Group team members meet face-to-face with the customer to discover all issues relevant to the project. If we need to talk to hundreds of people to isolate a sampling of 20 respondents for your project, we will do it. We don't cut corners.
