Web-based survey
Transmission of data over the Internet is at
the speed-of-light, making it a quick and effective means
of learning what people really think. But 'quick' doesn't
necessarily mean 'effective,' and to maintain high quality
and ensure integrity of data, controls must be in place.

The proper controls are as essential to obtaining meaningful survey
results as SRA Research Group's discovery session and questionnaire.
Some Internet-based firms offer Web-based surveys at a reduced rate,
but they cannot guarantee the quality of results that we can. SRA
Research Group posts its survey on a secure server to ensure respondent
security and prevent corruption of data. Controls are in place to
prevent respondents from participating more than once. In addition,
our survey tabulation software is the best available.
SRA Research Group sometimes broadcasts invitations to thousands
of e-mail addresses per survey; we have invited respondents to participate
in surveys dealing with any number of topics, offering embedded
visuals to extend the range of the survey experience. A national
association recently asked us to sponsor a Web-based survey among
their clients and members to determine their use of technology.
The information derived was especially useful in the client's development
of new business.
The data gathered are evaluated in-house by trained analysts. As
with all of our projects, we compile the results and deliver a comprehensive,
easy-to-understand report.
